Modern Catering in Colorado is seeking an experienced Catering Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day catering operations, coordinating staffing, logistics, inventory and service standards to ensure flawless event execution.

You will work closely with culinary, sales and event teams, recruit and train staff, manage budgets and vendor partnerships, and maintain high guest satisfaction while upholding safety and quality throughout all events.
