Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join a growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer success professional who excels at client communication, account management, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer retention, engagement, and long-term growth.

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, monitor engagement, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and improve satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow accounts and expand revenue across the existing client portfolio.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, challenges, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the client journey.
