Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
In this role, you'll take ownership of Meta advertising campaigns, from strategy and setup to optimization, reporting, and scaling. You'll work closely with marketing and creative teams to drive measurable results, improve return on ad spend (ROAS), and generate high-quality leads or conversions.

Key Responsibilities• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversions.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and scale high-performing campaigns.
• Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
