Our client is a global SaaS company building field service management software for trades and service businesses, with teams across Australia and New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Europe, and the Americas.

About the role





The Global HR Operations Coordinator supports how the company rolls out and improves its global HR initiatives. You will handle day-to-day administration across the employee lifecycle, keep HR data accurate and audit-ready, and help build processes that are simple, compliant and consistent across regions. You will report to the Global Director of HR Operations and Systems. The role suits someone organized and service-minded who enjoys working across time zones, cultures and teams.

What you'll do

HR operations and employee lifecycle
- Help design, implement and improve people practices, policies and procedures that meet local and global requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding, transfers, job changes and offboarding across countries, including right-to-work and background checks and new-starter setup with IT, Facilities and Finance.
- Prepare general HR documents such as offer letters, job change letters, employment verifications and visa support letters.
