Overview
The Data Management Platforms team is seeking a Director, Product Management to lead the team responsible for helping Mastercard product teams onboard to enterprise data compliance platforms and processes. This role owns the product-facing onboarding experience, from intake and scope assessment through integration readiness, exception coordination, implementation handoff, status visibility, and operational follow-through.
The Director will combine product management, program leadership, privacy and compliance knowledge, and process improvement to make onboarding more consistent, scalable, measurable, and customer-focused.
