About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about connecting with people, creating engaging content, and building a strong digital brand presence.

This is a hands‑on position combining community management, social media strategy, content creation, graphic design, B2B marketing, and performance analytics.

The adecuado candidate understands how to build and engage professional communities, create meaningful conversations, and position a company as a trusted voice within its industry.

You'll be responsible for strengthening VTech's presence across digital platforms, engaging with potential clients and industry professionals, and developing content and marketing initiatives that support brand awareness and business growth.

Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) is required, as this position involves regular communication, content creation, and engagement with U.S.-based audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Management & Engagement
- Build, manage, and grow VTech Dealer IT's online community, primarily through LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms.




- Actively engage with followers, clients, prospects, business partners, and industry professionals.
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and community interactions in a professional and engaging manner.
- Identify and participate in relevant conversations within the automotive dealership, IT, and cybersecurity industries.
- Develop initiatives that encourage audience participation, engagement, and brand loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with industry groups, associations, and professional communities.
- Monitor community conversations, feedback, and trends to identify opportunities for content and business development.
- Build genuine relationships that strengthen VTech's credibility and industry presence.
