Responsible for managing, controlling, and executing both administrative and operational processes within assigned accounts. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective operational management and high-performing teams. The position is accountable for account retention, workforce stability, operational performance, and ensuring the successful execution of processes by the employees under their supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain open and consistent communication with clients regarding the operation under management, following established follow-up protocols.
- Strengthen commercial relationships through timely and effective management of assigned talent.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, operational updates, and escalations.

Team Leadership & Talent Management
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for team members, ensuring candidates align with both company and client values, as well as the required competencies for the role.
- Lead, coach,



and develop employees to foster engagement, productivity, and professional growth.
- Address employee concerns and provide timely support regarding payroll, onboarding, Human Resources, IT, employee wellness, and other operational support areas.

Performance & Operations Management
- Supervise and monitor team performance to ensure achievement and maintenance of established KPIs and operational objectives.
- Drive accountability and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining service quality standards.

Process Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Review and oversee the documentation of employee tasks and procedures using SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) formats.
- Share documented processes with clients to ensure business continuity and reduce position risk caused by employee turnover.
