We are looking for a CI Production Services & SRE Lead to lead the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Production Services function, ensuring the reliability, availability, security, and performance of critical production applications. This role bridges software engineering and operations, driving the adoption of engineering-based operational practices, automation, and continuous improvement while leading a team of engineers and collaborating with development, infrastructure, testing, and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers, overseeing team performance, operational delivery, and technical development.
- Drive production reliability, availability, and performance across critical applications, targeting 99.9% system availability.
- Establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets.
- Lead major incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), blameless post-mortems, and remediation initiatives to reduce Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Recover (MTTR)
