About TUCMEDIA

TUCMEDIA partners with consumer-brand founders to grow their businesses and share in the upside we create.

Our team works across Europe and Asia. You’ll collaborate with our creative team to turn account insights into new concepts and iterations, and with account managers to coordinate client priorities. You’ll have direct access to the founders to discuss strategy and performance.

We’ll agree the commercial targets and boundaries together. Within them, you’ll have room to decide how to structure campaigns,

What you’ll own

Campaign execution and performance
- Personally build, launch and optimize Meta campaigns across assigned brands and markets.
- Manage budgets and spend pacing against mutually agreed growth targets and efficiency limits.
- Identify promising opportunities and make evidence-based decisions about scaling, reducing spend and pausing.
- Diagnose performance changes, distinguishing paid-media results from the effects of promotions, CRM and other channels.

Creative testing and feedback
- Run a structured testing cycle at least weekly, with more frequent activity when campaign schedules require it.
- Turn account insights into clear requests for new concepts, angles, hooks and iterations.
- Give tests enough opportunity to generate useful evidence.
- Record what should be scaled, iterated, stopped or tested further, and use those findings to inform the next c
