Influur runs influencer and creator marketing for brands, agencies, labels and artists. We sell two things: managed Campaign Services, where our team plans and runs creator campaigns end to end, and Pulse, our AI platform that lets clients find creators, build lists and run campaigns themselves. Our clients include integral consumer brands and the major music companies, across the US and Latin America.
About the Role
You'll own a book of agency and brand relationships in Mexico and Latin America, starting with an existing six-figure holding-company agency account and an open pipeline you inherit on day one. Your job is to grow that book and add new logos. You run your own process: prospecting, discovery, scoping, pricing within our guidelines, negotiation and close, then a clean handoff to our campaign team. Most of what you sell is Campaign Services today, and you'll increasingly bring Pulse into those accounts.
We use AI across the whole sales motion (account research, list building, proposals, pipeline review). We expect you to already work this way, or to get there fast.
What You'll Own
- The inherited book: Take over an established agency relationship and a set of open deals. In your first 30 days, re-qualify every deal, keep the real ones moving and close out the rest honestly.
- New business: Run your own outbound into agencies and brands in Mexico and LatAm. Research-led, with a real point of view per account before the first touch.
- Discovery and scoping: Turn loose briefs ("two products, a few creators, five countries, no budget yet") into qualified, priced proposals.
- Pricing and deal structure: Price campaigns to our margin guidelines, and take anything outside them to deal desk with a written case.
- Pipeline discipline: Keep every deal in Attio with a real amount, close date and next step. Forecast weekly and be right.
- Handoff: Brief the campaign team in writing at signature so execution starts on what the client was actually promised.
- Pulse: Spot
