You will support pre-litigation PI claims by opening cases, obtaining evidence and medical records, assisting clients with treatment, and coordinating property damage and communications with insurers.
Reporting to the Department Supervisor, you will maintain client communications, monitor treatment progress, manage schedules, and organize electronic files in our case management
