Vivant is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Technology Support Specialist to manage and troubleshoot technology systems across multiple restaurant locations. You will support Toast POS, Olo, Restaurant365, and Microsoft 365, ensuring reliable operations and smooth restaurant performance.
You will own issues from diagnosis to resolution, coordinate with vendors, and assist with new location go-lives while maintaining strong communication with restaurant teams.
