- Supervise and guide security guards to ensure effective security coverage.
- Monitor daily security operations, including access control, visitor management, and patrolling.
- Ensure security personnel follow company policies, post orders, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare duty rosters, allocate posts, and monitor staff attendance and punctuality.
- Conduct regular inspections of security posts and ensure guards remain alert and professional.
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security equipment where applicable.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, suspicious activities, and security breaches.
- Prepare and maintain incident reports, shift handover reports, and daily security records.
- Coordinate with management, facilities teams, emergency services, and other relevant departments when required.
- Ensure proper implementation of emergency procedures, including fire evacuation and crowd control.
- Train and brief security personnel on their duties, emergency response, and customer service.
- Report security-related issues, risks, and incidents to the Security Supervisor or management.
