Objetivo del cargo

Apoyar procesos administrativos del área de Recursos Humanos

Responsabilidades específicas

- Coordinación de eventos
- Gestión de comunicaciones
- Recepción y gestión de formatos: novedades de nómina, vacaciones, licencias, bonos, etc
- Asistencia a los empleados en dudas sobre procedimientos y políticas de la Compañía y del área de CS
- Apoyo en documentación de procesos disciplinarios
- Creación de estrategias de engagement específicamente para personal de CS
- Apoyo logístico al equipo de management en visitas y actividades de team building
- Creación de proveedores
- Coordinación de viajes de CS
- Seguimiento de procesos de selección
- Onboarding CS - New Hires

Requisitos

- Nivel de inglés intermedio
