At Luker Chocolate, we are looking for a Junior International Sales Executive to join our International Sales team. This role will be responsible for supporting the execution of commercial strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing operational and commercial support throughout the sales cycle for international markets. The position will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to contribute to business growth, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of commercial objectives across strategic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and development of international customer accounts.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets.
- Provide support throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to order fulfillment.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Marketing,



and Quality teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and support the achievement of commercial targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Support demand forecasting and sales planning activities.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and claims.
- Participate in international trade shows, customer meetings, and commercial events when required.
- Maintain and update customer information, sales reports, and commercial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international trade and company policies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and business performance.
