About the role
You own the strategic health of FlowCandy's client portfolio, spot risk before it becomes churn, and make sure every account has a clear, documented recommendation for what comes next. You are the senior strategic sparring partner for our highest-value and most complex clients, and the person who makes our Success Managers better strategists. This is not a delivery management role. You will not be organizing the team; you will be advising clients on exactly what to do next inside their accounts.

We are looking for someone with hands-on Klaviyo and lifecycle experience, who has personally owned client retainers, renewals, and expansion, who has coached Account or Success Managers, and who writes and speaks English at a C1 or native level for US client conversations.

What you'll do
• Lead the strategic health of the client portfolio across all squads: performance, relationship health, risk, contract timing, and growth opportunities.
• Coach Success Managers to connect execution to business outcomes and lead sophisticated client strategy independently.




• Identify churn risk early and build intervention plans with the Success Manager on each at-risk account.
• Make sure clients approaching the end of an engagement have a clear continuation, expansion, or Advisory recommendation.
• Act as senior strategic partner on high-value, complex, or at-risk clients, bringing deep Klaviyo, retention, segmentation, and customer behavior expertise.
• Turn strategic behavior into repeatable systems: account reviews, risk detection, win communication, continuation planning.
• Surface client wins, case studies, and recurring pain points to Sales and Marketing.

What we're looking for
Required
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience: you've worked inside accounts building or directing flows, segmentation, campaigns, or audits.
• You've personally owned client retainers, renewals, continuations, upsells, or expansion revenue.
• You've coached or developed Account Managers, Success
