- Turn recurring tasks and methodologies into reusable instructions, agent skills, and templates.
- Build workflows using language models, APIs, and scripts to connect information and reduce manual work.
- Define the inputs, outputs, and quality checks for each process.
- Test workflows against presente business tasks,

identify errors, and verify AI-generated results against their sources.
- Incorporate team feedback and document improvements so others can use the system independently.

What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in software engineering, data, automation, applied AI, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience building AI solutions and turning business needs into tools that other people can use.
- Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript, APIs, and Git.

- The ability to understand business processes and turn scattered information into instructions that can be executed.
- Judgment to challenge AI-generated results, investigate inconsistencies, and recognize when human review is needed.
- English at B2+ level or above, with the ability to work with documentation and collaborate with an international team.
- A habit of following AI news,
