Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR), US Retail & Wholesale | Latin America

Location: Remote (Latin America preferred: Colombia, Argentina, Mexico; open to excellent candidates elsewhere)
Schedule: Full-time, aligned with US retail business hours
Compensation: Target USD $1,200-$2,000/month base plus performance bonuses; final offer based on experience, market, and employment arrangement.

We are two fast-growing consumer brands building a modern wholesale sales engine. Our technology already researches retail prospects, enriches contacts, and runs personalized email outreach. We are hiring confident, friendly SDRs who can add the human touch: real conversations with US retailers, follow-ups, and moving qualified stores toward opening accounts.

What you will do
Call independent retailers, specialty shops, and other qualified wholesale prospects in the United States.
Follow up on warm email engagement and conduct thoughtful cold outreach where appropriate.
Identify store owners, buyers, and decision-makers; qualify fit, demand,



and buying process.
Log accurate outcomes, buyer details, objections, and next steps in our sales platform.
Coordinate sample requests, meetings, and handoffs to the person responsible for closing and onboarding.
Work closely with our automation and sales team to improve scripts, targeting, and conversion.

What we are looking for
Excellent spoken and written English, with clear, natural communication and confidence on the phone.
At least 1 year of outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B prospecting experience preferred.
Strong organization, persistence, listening skills, and professional follow-through.
Reliable internet, quiet calling environment, and ability to work US business hours.
CRM familiarity and comfort working with AI-assisted workflows.
Consumer packaged goods, retail, food/beverage, or wholesale experience is a plus.
