About Our ClientsOur client is a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand in the home-care industry. The company operates on a subscription-led business model and leverages performance marketing, creator content, and user-generated content (UGC) to drive customer acquisition. They are looking for a Head of Retention to strengthen their subscription business, improve customer retention, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities• Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce subscriber churn, improve subscription renewal rates, and increase customer lifetime value.
• Analyze subscription performance and customer behavior to identify retention opportunities, cancellation trends, and revenue growth potential.




• Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across email and SMS to support subscriber onboarding, engagement, renewal, and reactivation.
• Design and implement strategies to recover at-risk subscribers and reactivate former customers.
• Monitor key retention metrics, including subscriber churn, renewal rates, repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and reactivation performance.
• Conduct experiments to improve lifecycle marketing performance, subscription retention, and recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing and other relevant stakeholders to align retention initiatives with acquisition campaigns and the overall customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve subscription processes and develop scalable strategies to support sustainable recurring revenue growth.

• Must have experience working in a subscription-heavy DTC business generating at least seven figures in monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
