At RSI, were seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented Medical Paralegal to support our General Liability team. This role plays a critical part in reviewing and analyzing medical records that impact case valuation and litigation strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and summarize extensive medical and billing records in a timely and confidential manner.
Identify and document medical treatment related to the subject incident, prior incidents, injuries, complaints, and preexisting conditions.
Identify missing records and determine additional documentation needed to support case evaluation.
Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of medical evidence based on casespecific facts and circumstances.
Analyze preexisting and or coexisting medical conditions and their potential impact on the case.
Prepare detailed medical chronologies and case analyses.
Identify inconsistencies, omissions,



and discrepancies within medical records and supporting documentation.
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to support case strategy and valuation.

Preferred Qualifications
Medical Doctor MD degree.
Experience with Personal Injury claims.
Experience reviewing and interpreting medical records and medical billing documentation.

Required Skills Competencies
C2 English proficiency written and verbal.
Strong analytical and criticalthinking skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
