Do you have experience in customer service and enjoy guiding people through different processes We are looking for a Loan Support Agent to support clients throughout the application process, ensuring a clear, smooth, and wellorganized experience.
In this role, you will have constant interaction with clients via phone and email, helping them complete their applications, review documentation, answer questions, and resolve basic platformrelated issues.
Key Responsibilities
Guide clients throughout the entire application process.
Provide stepbystep support to complete forms within the platform.
Address questions related to the application process, required documentation, or missing information.
Review clientprovided documentation to ensure it is accurate and complete.
Contact clients when information is missing, incomplete, or unclear.
Follow up to ensure required documents are submitted on time.
Provide basic technical support for platform or userrelated issues.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients via phone and email.
Provide updates on application status and send reminders regarding pending tasks.
Develop a strong understanding of the platform and application process to effectively support clients.
Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding and application experience based on client feedback.
Support additional responsibilities related to the role as needed by the company.
Requirements




High school diploma or equivalent.
12 years of experience in phonebased customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proactive and customerfocused mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Empathy and patience when assisting clients with different levels of technical proficiency.
Compensation Conditions
Salary COP 3,000,000 commissions
Schedule Monday to Friday 900 a.m. to 600 p.m.
