Job Title:(SCCM/MECM)NetworkEngineer
Location: Columbia, SC Hybrid, 3 Days in Office and 2 Days Remote per Week
Employment Type: Contract (C2C / W2)

Candidatelocation: Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident. No relocation allowed.

Project Scope:

We are seeking an experienced NetworkEngineer with strong expertise in Microsoft SCCM/MECM, Intune/MDM, andWindows Server environments . The role involves managing enterpriseinfrastructure, automating administrative tasks, ensuring system stability, andsupporting network security and disaster recovery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Non-Technical:

- Communicate effectively with technicalteams and leadership

- Provide feedback on product improvementsand system enhancements

- Manage multiple tasks and provide regularstatus updates

- Collaborate with teams to resolve issuesand improve processes

- Maintain accurate documentation andupdate ticketing systems

- Ensure excellent customer support andtimely issue resolution

Technical:

- Troubleshoot and resolvehardware/software/network issues

- Monitor systems and recommendimprovements

- Install, configure, and maintain serversand applications

- Perform upgrades, patching, and systemoptimization





- Support disaster recovery and failoverprocesses

- Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting

- Conduct root cause analysis and implementsolutions

- Mentor junior team members and supportproject delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience with SCCM/MECMand Intune/MDM
- 3+ years ofexperience with GCC High Tenant
- 5+ years ofexperience with Pub1075 compliance / audits
- 5+ years ofexperience in Change Management
- 3+ years ofexperience with Active Directory (RBAC & user access)
- 5+ years ofexperience with LAN / VLAN networking
- 5+ years ofexperience with VMware virtualization
- Strongexperience in PowerShell scripting & automation
- Experience working directly for aState Agency

Preferred Skills:

- HybridCloud Architecture
- Shell scripting

Additional Skills:

- .NET-basedweb applications support

- Strongcommunication and organizational skills

- Understandingof networking, storage, and OS fundamentals

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, ComputerScience, or related field (or equivalent experience)
