Summary

We’re seeking a technically adept Senior QA Engineer to join a digital marketing agency, skilled at manual and accessibility testing and comfortable leveraging both no‑code automation and AI‑enabled tools to elevate quality. You’ll collaborate in Agile delivery pods, ensuring digital excellence across web and mobile interfaces while helping shape smarter, AI‑augmented testing practices in a fast‑paced, client‑centric environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead the full QA lifecycle: test planning, execution, and defect management
- Design and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports
- Perform thorough manual testing across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms
- Implement and maintain automation tests using tools such as Selenium, Puppeteer or similar
- Leverage AI-assisted testing techniques (e.g., for test case generation, defect prediction,




- regression analysis) to enhance testing efficiency and quality
- Execute various test types: regression, smoke, exploratory, UI, functional, usability, accessibility, and API testing
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and project managers to understand features and timelines
- Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and communicate testing status regularly
- Proactively identify risks and blockers, and drive resolutions
- Estimate QA efforts and manage tasks across multiple projects
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of QA processes and standards

Qualifications

- 5+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role
- Strong hands‑on experience in manual and automated testing
- Demonstrated use of AI tools or techniques in QA to improve speed and accuracy
- Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficiency with QA automation frameworks
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is preferred
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus
