We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead and optimize the performance of our Cruise Ship Sales Contact Operation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a Contact Center environment, supervising sales-focused operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets (Experience in the cruise industry and tourism sales is a plus).
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience managing multiple teams and leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Terms and Conditions

- Base salary: $3'200.000COP
- Monday to Friday On Site - Weekends Work From Home
- Operations Time Slots: 8am - 9pm
- Permanent Contract
