Role Description

The Sales Manager role at LAAB7 is a full-time, on-site position based in Pereira. This role is responsible for leading sales activities, including managing a sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, tracking performance, preparing forecasts and reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. The Sales Manager will conduct client meetings, negotiate terms, close deals,



and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role also involves mentoring sales team members, implementing sales processes, and contributing to strategic planning to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and deal negotiation.
- Experience in sales planning and execution, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in using CRM or sales management tools and basic office productivity software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.
- Previous experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish; English skills are a plus.
