Cloudstaff is seeking an energetic Collections / Customer Service Representative for an in-office role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. The CSR will provide updates on debt settlement programs, reach out for approvals, and handle inquiries from current clients.

Requires 5+ years in related sectors and fluent English. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, updating records, and resolving client questions with a proactive and professional approach.
