Nearshore Business Solutions is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to support loan servicing, construction draws, and portfolio monitoring. This remote role prefers Latin America-based candidates.

You will manage draws, communicate with borrowers, coordinate with servicers, and maintain records, ensuring compliance and timely resolutions.

Requirements include 1–3+ years in loan servicing, English proficiency, and strong Excel/CRM skills.
