GenAI technology is reshaping creative production, offeringcreativesnew tools to ideate, adapt, and deliver content faster and smarter.We’relooking for a creative, detail-oriented GenAI Integrated Designerwithmotion skillsto join our growing team. The ideal candidate has an expert grasp of digital, social, andmotiondesign, is eager to embrace GenAI workflows, and enjoys hands-on creation across all phases of a project.

You’llbe trained on our proprietary AI platform, Pencil, and use this alongside other GenAI tools to produce creative solutions that stand out in the market.You’llwork collaboratively from brief to delivery on a range of assets-adapting,optimizing, and evolving content for digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and brand campaigns.You’llblend classic designand motionskills with GenAI-powered techniques,



helping us produce scalable, standout content for high-profile brands.

Whatyou'llbe doing:

- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digitalandsocial.

- Design, layout,animateand refine digital marketing assets (static, animated, and video formats), e-commerce content, and social-first visuals- directly leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate, enhance, or transform ideation and production processes.

- Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display using the Pencil platform in response to client briefs.

- Take client briefs through all steps including insight, concept, copy, image & videogenerationand final creative assembly using different GenAI models and techniques.

- Optimizeand adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts, ensuring best practices for web, mobile, and social distribution.

- Implement brand guidelines, ensuring visual quality and cohesion throughout every project.

- Respond constructively to feedback, using GenAI capabilities to rapidly iterate and improve designs as needed.

- Present your work to internal teams, confidently explaining how GenAI has contributed to ideation or execution.

- Stayup-to-datewith the latest design and GenAI trends,



proactively suggesting new tools and features for creative experimentation.

- Oversee the quality and consistency of creative outputof yourwork toensure alignment with brand guidelines, clientobjectives, and evolving best practices in AI-powered content.

- Continuously research, evaluate, andexperiment withnew GenAI tools, staying at the forefront ofwhat’spossible and sharing insights with the broader team.

- Ensure thetimely, efficient, and effective delivery of finished assetsacross multiple projects.

You are expected tomaintainactive AIproficiencyby:

Whatyou'llneed:

- 5+years experienceas an Integrated Designerwith motion skillsin an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or design studio,deliveringmotionandintegrated digital campaigns.

- ProvenIntegrated Designerwith motionportfolio thatdemonstrateshands-on creation of both traditional and AI-assisted projects (AI can be personal or client-related work).
