We are looking for a Talent and Culture Analyst to play a key role in our company. In this role you'll support the design, implementation, and management of learning, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives, ensuring experiences that strengthen employees' capabilities and facilitate the adoption of the practices and behaviors defined by the organization, in collaboration with the responsible departments.

Requirements

- Education: Psychology, Business Administration, Social Comunication, Pedagogy/Education or related.
- Fluent conversational English (B2+ required).
- 3 years of experience in talent development, training, and employee experience.
