We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage and monitor customer logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to deadlines, and proper communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Professional in Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Administration or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or related roles.
- Conversational English level B2+ or C1, C2.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the logistical flow of orders, shipments, and deliveries according to customer requirements.
- Track orders, transit times, and adherence to committed dates.
- Manage communication with logistics providers and carriers.
- Validate and maintain up-to-date logistical and administrative documentation.
- Address logistical requirements and updates from customers in the United States.
- Support the identification of deviations and propose improvements to logistical processes.
- Record and analyze logistical information in the established systems.
- Create purchase orders for terminal and/or incoming costs.
