We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to contribute to the attraction and selection processes by searching, evaluating and preselecting candidates, ensuring a constant flow of talent to meet the operational and strategic needs of the organization, while learning and applying best practices in the area.

Requirements
Bachelors in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Excel
Upper Intermediate or advanced english level B2 or C1.

Key Responsibilities
Posting and disseminating open positions through all available channels.
Filtering and reviewing resumes to ensure they meet the requirements of each position.
Interviewing candidates and coordinating relevant technical and psychometric tests.
Analyzing psychometric test results and preparing interpretation reports.
Providing feedback to candidates and those responsible for selection.
Ensuring that selection processes are aligned with employer branding objectives.
Fostering longterm relationships with potential candidates.
Negotiating contractual terms with candidates.
Liaising between candidates and the immigration team, accompanying and guiding them through the legal and administrative requirements of the visa application process.
