Magic, Inc is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, overseeing a monthly budget of $225K-$250K+ and driving growth across LatAm. The role requires deep analytics, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with creative and analytics teams.

You will manage Branded, Non-Branded, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns, using tROAS bidding and advanced measurement to maximize revenue and ROAS.

Remote-friendly, full-time position based in Colombia.
