At Luker Chocolate, we are looking for a Project Leader to join our team.

This role will be responsible for leading and coordinating strategic projects across different business areas, ensuring the achievement of objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The position requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, risk management capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to drive business growth and continuous improvement.

The Project Leader will oversee project execution from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and delivering sustainable value for the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage strategic and cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.

- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

- Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.

- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Facilitate governance meetings and provide project status updates to leadership teams.

- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.

- Manage project scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies through project execution.

- Support decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and project performance insights.

- Promote collaboration and effective communication among project teams.





- Ensure proper project documentation and knowledge transfer upon project completion.

- Lead lessons learned and post-implementation review processes.

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and results orientation across project teams.

Profile We Are Looking For

- Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.

- Specialization or certification in Project Management, PMO, Agile Methodologies, Scrum, or related disciplines is desirable.

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is desirable.

- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing projects in complex organizational environments.

- Proven experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder management.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple business units.

- Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies such as PMI, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid approaches.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms.

- Advanced English level (B2-C1) required.

- Availability to work on-site in Bogotá.
