Position Purpose:



Digital Marketing Analyst for Content Lab is responsible for creating, adapting and delivering engaging content via for multiple platforms like Social Platforms, Google Display Network, standard media banners, Programmatic and eCommerce for Colgate subsidiaries following digital industry standards and best practice as well as following Colgate policies. You will work with main stakeholders, passing from our Digital, eCommerce and Agencies to Marketing, Customer Development and GIT teams, supporting multiple brands.



Let’s talk about responsibilities:



- Adapt and create key visuals, multimedia and other digital assets for Colgate, working with company teams and digital partner agencies across Latinoamerica





- Ensure best practices and brand guidelines are followed in all developments



- Ensure projects are delivered on time and the number of hours spent in each project is reported.



- Accountable for the Quality Assurance check of all assets, ensuring that they are complying with the corporate guidelines and the market development standards (IAB standards, usability, tracking, etc)



- Ensure Usage Rights of all digital assets published are following agency controls



- Communicate to local teams and division teams new assets are properly set to go-live



- Interact with digital agencies and internal stakeholders in the LATAM division to obtain guidelines and support for project implementations



- Report to Digital Marketing Coordinator – BEX the project status and timelines



What you need for this position ***¨Please attach CV & portfolio***



- Bachelor Degree in Web Design, Interactive Media Design, Multimedia, System Engineer, Publicity or Graphic Design



- At least 6 months of experience in product rendering or modeling 3D in consumer good products such as: soaps, beverages, among others



- Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator and/or Graphic Design



- Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Dimension, Adobe XD, Adobe LightRoom 



- Intermediate Advanced Level



- Portfolio



Is a plus if you have:



- Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence) 



- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)



- Photography and rendering experience
