Miratech Group seeks a Senior Genesys Cloud Specialist to drive telephony delivery, focus on integrating WhatsApp with the contact center, and develop new IVR capabilities.

You will work cross-functionally on marketing campaigns, tooling rollouts, and platform architecture enhancements.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with hands-on experience in high-volume contact centers, REST APIs, and digital channels.

Remote-ready, with opportunities to collaborate across general teams.
