Johnson & Johnson Bogota Capability Center is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery for the Americas region. You will review results, handle incidents, drive continuous improvement, and support system upgrades in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong English skills, experience with US payroll processing, and familiarity with ERP tools such as SAP, Workday, Kronos, and e-Time.
