We’re on the lookout for a Senior Recruiter with 4–5 years of experience who lives in Bogotá and thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.This role is 100% remote for now (hybrid possible in the future) and offers the exciting opportunity to recruit for diverse staff-level roles across multiple industries—mainly for clients based in the U.S. and Canada.What you’ll do:Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from job posting to offer.Create compelling job descriptions and manage postings via our ATS and top job boards.Actively headhunt and source passive candidates—this is not an in-house recruiting role!Design interview processes tailored to each position and lead candidate interviews.Collaborate with U.S.-based clients to share updates, troubleshoot challenges,
