• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer business challenges, technical requirements, and define tailored AI-driven solution approaches.
• Design, build, and deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs), product demonstrations, and technical solution narratives to validate solutions and accelerate deal closure.
• Serve as a trusted technical consultant for enterprise clients and Business Development teams, bridging business needs with advanced AI product capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Build, Delivery, Business Development, and Customer Experience teams to design scalable AI, CCaaS, and enterprise software technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation, knowledge assets, reference architectures, competitive insights, and enablement materials for global teams. Requirements Academic background:
• Bachelor's degree completed and verified in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting,



or similar client-facing technical roles.
• Strong background working with AI solutions, Customer Experience (CX) platforms, Contact Center technologies (CCaaS, Conversational AI, IVR automation), or Enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience collaborating with general or multi-regional teams. Technical Knowledge & Hands-On Expertise:
• Deep working-level knowledge of Conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Voice AI, Speech Technologies, and AI automation frameworks.
• Practical understanding of modern Generative AI stack: RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, guardrails, and AI observability/evaluation tools.
• Solid experience in API-led integrations, enterprise architectures, multi-product solution design, and third-party integrations.
• Proven track record designing, building, and presenting tailored Proofs of Concept (POCs) for C-level and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate AI platforms across technical capabilities, deployment complexity, commercial models, and scalability. Languages:
• Advanced / Fluent English (spoken and written, client-facing).
