Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, process, and verify journal entries, accounting reports, and business transactions (e.g., purchase requisitions and invoices).
• Reconcile low
- to intermediate-complexity Balance Sheet accounts.
• Perform assigned month-end close activities on time.
• Enter financial data accurately into ERP systems and maintain organized files.
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
• Monitor open items and maintain timely operational and service level performance reports.
• Provide daily operational support to Senior and Staff Accountants. Requirements
• Language: Advanced conversational English & Spanish (B2+ or above required).

Education:
High school diploma or technical high school degree in Accounting. (Currently studying toward a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus)

Experience:
0 to 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance. (Experience in a multinational Shared Services Center is a plus)

Skills:
Hands-on experience or familiarity with Tier 1 ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) and intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Why Join Us?
