What you´ll do

- Lead the development and execution of Trade Marketing strategies and annual business plans for the E-commerce channel, aligned with commercial objectives and growth targets.
- Develop and execute brand activation campaigns, promotions, and customer marketing initiatives to drive shopper acquisition, conversion, and sell-out across digital platforms and marketplaces.
- Manage all customer touchpoints and support the execution of national brand activation campaigns, adapting them to customer-specific needs and opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with strategic customers, online retailers, and marketplace partners, identifying opportunities for joint business growth and enhanced brand presence.
- Manage and monitor the annual trade investment budget, ensuring compliance with key financial and business KPIs, including Net Sales (NIS), Gross Profit (GP1), profitability, margin, and L6B.
- Develop and implement omnichannel initiatives to ensure a consistent consumer experience and maximize brand performance across all shopping touchpoints.
- Design and execute commercial and promotional strategies that improve visibility, traffic, conversion, and overall business performance within digital environments.
- Coordinate external agencies and partners to ensure effective implementation of digital assets, promotional campaigns, POS materials, and customer-facing activations.
- Analyze sales performance, shopper behavior, market trends, and campaign results to identify business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering business insights and executive reports to support decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, and Execution teams to ensure seamless implementation of trade marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to identify opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and ensure successful execution of commercial plans.





What makes you a good fit

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Business, or related fields.
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Category Management, E-commerce, or related commercial roles.
- Proven experience developing and executing Trade Marketing strategies within E-commerce, marketplaces, or modern retail channels.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
