Stayd Collective is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to manage the payables cycle from invoice intake through payment and reconciliation. You will handle every vendor bill across our portfolio, ensuring accurate coding for owner statements and P&Ls.;
You’ll work daily in Guesty and QuickBooks Online alongside the Accounting Manager, maintaining vendor records and ensuring all financial activity is properly documented, reconciled, and audit-ready.
