We aim to align your passions and skills with our vacancies, setting you on a path to exceptional career development and success.What You'll Do:- Develop and maintain competency models, skills frameworks, and proficiency levels for Talent roles.- Write and update job descriptions, including responsibilities, requirements, must-have skills, and role expectations.- Translate role needs into clear hiring criteria, ensuring alignment with Technical and non-Technical requirements.- Create structured behavioral descriptors that support hiring, training, and performance evaluation.- Map skills and competencies across seniority levels (Junior → Senior).- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Role Architecture, Enablement, L&D;, Governance, and Performance to ensure consistency and accuracy.- Govern updates to ensure all role content remains clear, standardized, and up-to-date.What we are looking for- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Consulting,
