Lead and optimize the Retail Media strategy to accelerate brand visibility, demand generation, and profitable growth, ensuring effective media investment and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead the Retail Media strategy, ensuring strong alignment with commercial priorities and brand positioning objectives.
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns to increase visibility, attract qualified traffic, and drive conversion.
- Strategically manage media investment, ensuring effective budget allocation, execution, and return on investment.
- Monitor key performance indicators and translate data into actionable business recommendations, identifying opportunities to strengthen campaign and commercial performance.
- Build audience and segmentation strategies to increase campaign relevance, precision, and effectiveness.
- Strengthen brand positioning and digital discoverability through search, keyword, content, and visibility strategies.




- Develop Retail Media initiatives that support product launches, competitive positioning, market share growth, and a stronger digital presence.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply, and agency teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business priorities.
- Lead relationships with agencies, platforms, and strategic partners, ensuring agility, quality, and delivery against defined objectives.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, using testing, learnings, and ongoing optimization to enhance performance.
- Build internal Retail Media capabilities by sharing best practices and supporting teams as they evolve their strategies.
