SmartHire Latam is recruiting a Bilingual High Ticket Closer for a U.S. immigration law firm that represents families across the United States and Mexico.

This role is for senior closers who own the entire sale and already perform at the top of their teams. It is not an entry point into sales.

What you’ll do

Every consultation is a family making one of the most important decisions of their lives. You’ll lead unscripted consultations by video and phone, often with several family members involved. You are the closer: you take each consultation from the first conversation all the way to a signed agreement.

- Work only warm inbound leads. No cold calling, no prospecting
- Understand each family’s situation and recommend the right legal path alongside the firm’s attorneys
- Handle layered objections with empathy and confidence
- Close high ticket service agreements, often on the first consultation
- Follow up consistently until the agreement is signed
- Keep your CRM spotless and own your conversion metrics

What we’re looking for

- A career built around sales, with your most recent years in a closer role where you personally close the sale and secure the agreement
- Proven top performance: consistently in the top 5% to 10% of your sales team,



with results you can verify (rankings, commission statements, awards or manager references)
- Full fluency in Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Comfortable and confident on camera, with a quiet, professional remote setup
- Experience closing high value services for consumers or families. Legal, debt relief, tax resolution, financial services, enrollment, vacation ownership or similar backgrounds are a plus
- Ethical selling style: you guide decisions without pressure or manipulation

- $2,000 USD monthly base salary
- Monthly performance bonus of up to $2,600 USD, for total earnings up to $4,600 USD per month
- Full time, Monday to Friday, Central Time business hours
