Responsibilities

- Knowledge of and exposure to the North America talent market landscape such as candidate experience, recruiting methods and tools, labor regulations and practices, pre-employment, and onboarding among others.
- Ability to build effective relationships and partner with North America talent acquisition team, Foundever Operations and various levels of the organization
- Proven people management and leadership skills: ability to build, mentor and grow a team of best-in-class talent acquisition/shared services resources.
- Advanced level of organization skills, attention to details, while able to clearly see the “big picture” of business imperatives
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong research skills,



data-driven and able to use analytics to assess trends and results
- High level of multi-cultural awareness/sensitivity, integrity, and work ethics (they will be responsible for Regional holiday & payroll submissions for employees, HR guidance to guide the appropriate HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) when they cannot solution form a Leadership standpoint.
- Manage employees in US & Colombia.

Qualifications & Required Skills

- C1 English level is a Must.
- 4-year college degree in human resources or business or equivalent experience and education
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a supervisor/manager or above in BPO or high-volume industries.
- Full-time availability and Schedule Flexibility.
- Open to Work Remotely but Open to go to Bogota site if required.
