We are looking for a Remote Receptionist with excellent communication skills in English to be the first point of contact for incoming callers.

? What you'll do: ✅ Answer and screen incoming calls professionally

✅ Take accurate messages and contact information

✅ Route calls to the appropriate team members

✅ Provide a welcoming experience to callers

✅ Maintain organized call notes and records

? What we're looking for: ✔ Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

✔ Previous experience in Receptionist, Customer Service, Call Center, Front Desk, Virtual Assistant, or similar roles

✔ Professional phone presence

✔ Strong attention to detail and organization

✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment

➕ Experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not required.
