Weekday Shifts (PST) — 7 Openings:

- Monday – Friday (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM PST): 2 spots
- Monday – Friday (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM PST): 5 spots

Weekend Shifts (PST) — 5 Openings:

- Wednesday – Sunday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST): 3 spots
- Sunday – Thursday (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM PST): 1 spot
- Sunday – Thursday (11:30 AM – 8:30 PM PST): 1 spot

Role Snapshot

TalentoHC is seeking a highly motivated, fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior Intake Specialist to support a leading U.S.-based personal injury law firm. The idóneo candidate has a strong background in legal intake, paralegal work, or auto insurance sales, with exceptional communication and client conversion skills.

About the Opportunity

As a Senior Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking legal representation following an accident or injury. You will assess potential cases, build trust with prospective clients, and convert qualified leads into retained clients. This is an inbound opportunity with no cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound inquiries from prospective personal injury clients




- Evaluate potential cases and determine eligibility for legal representation
- Build rapport, address concerns, and guide qualified prospects through the client intake and retention process
- Drive high conversion rates, targeting approximately 95% of qualified leads
- Accurately document client information and case details in CRM and case management systems
- Coordinate with internal legal teams and partner firms to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Qualifications

- 4 years of experience in legal intake, paralegal work, auto insurance, or a closely related field
- Exceptional English proficiency (C1/C2) and fluent Spanish are required
- Strong sales, persuasion, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proven ability to convert inbound leads into clients
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
