About the Role

We are looking for a Payroll Analyst with experience in end-to-end payroll processing in Colombia. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll disbursements, managing statutory compliance and employee benefits, processing electronic payroll submissions, and maintaining accurate payroll records and reports.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end Colombian payroll processing.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Desired but not required: Workday experience or payroll processing experience in Brazil or Mexico.





Responsibilities

- End-to-End Payroll Processing: Calculate wages, overtime and deductions using local payroll software while ensuring accurate and timely disbursements to employees.
- Statutory Compliance & Benefits: Manage contributions and reporting for local social security (PILA), health insurance, pension funds, severance (cesantías) and work-risk coverage (ARL).
- Electronic Invoicing Integration: Generate and transmit electronic payroll files (Nómina Electrónica) to the local tax authority (DIAN) to ensure tax compliance.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Audit payroll transactions, prepare monthly accounting reports, and resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
