About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Bilingual Truck Dispatcher based in Ecuador to join EZ Falcons and work remotely for one of our U.S.-based trucking clients.

You will work directly with the client’s dispatch and operations team, coordinating drivers, tracking shipments, and managing daily dispatch activities. You will remain part of the EZ Falcons team while following our client’s operational procedures and working schedule.

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday:

- California: 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Colombia through October 31, 2026: 1:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
- Colombia from November 1, 2026: 2:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. while California observes standard time.

The nine-hour shift includes eight working hours and a one-hour break.



The schedule follows California time, so local working hours adjust with U.S. daylight saving changes.

Fixed Monthly Salary: USD $1,200.00

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate drivers, loads, and pickup and delivery schedules.
- Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, brokers, and the operations team in English and Spanish.
- Track shipments, monitor delays, and provide timely updates.
- Handle urgent dispatch issues calmly and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, shipment documents, and transportation management system updates.
- Follow the client’s operating procedures and communication requirements.

Requirements

- At least two & three years of U.S. truck dispatching experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of U.S. trucking operations and terminology.
- Experience using transportation management systems; familiarity with DAT, Truckstop, or Samsara is preferred.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and professional driver communication skills.
- A reliable computer with dual monitors, a headset, stable internet, and a quiet workspace.
- Backup arrangements for electricity and internet interruptions.
- Comfortable participating in a Microsoft Teams open-microphone voice channel during working hours.
- Availability to work the full schedule listed above.
