Our client is seeking a hands-on leader to improve processes, support attorneys and paralegals, and drive operational excellence across its offices.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Lead and oversee paralegals,



supporting team performance and workflow.- Improve policies and procedures to increase efficiency and compliance.- Recommend operational improvements to senior leadership.- Coordinate legal team workflows and support law firm operations.- Help maintain effective processes across assigned offices.- Support client-facing service delivery and manage shifting priorities.- Travel to assigned offices as needed.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:- Be able to do the job as described.- Strong paralegal background with supervisory or managerial experience.- Experience in a professional services environment with client interaction preferred.- Familiarity with law firm accounting and finance principles.- Proficiency with legal technology and workflow systems, such as iManage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
